Press Conferences will be held on Tuesday, January 29, 2019.
Exhibitors may reserve a maximum of one press conference room for a fee of U.S. $600. These rooms are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
Press conferences are scheduled in 45-minute time slots that begin on the hour. The last 15 minutes before the next hour are set aside to prepare for the next hour's press conference. For instance, if a press conference is scheduled for 10:00 a.m., the exhibitor may begin setting up at 9:45 a.m. The press conference must end by 10:45 a.m so that set up can begin for the next press conference. To ensure our ability to accommodate as many exhibitors' press conferences as possible, NBAA requests that exhibitors adhere to the scheduled times as closely as possible and vacate the room immediately after your 45-minute press conference concludes.
Exhibitors are asked to leave rooms clean and in good condition with all trash and marketing materials removed prior to the set-up time for the following press conference. Due to the short time between press conferences, catering is not permitted during press conferences. Exhibitors will receive a detailed confirmation once their press conference has been confirmed.
A schedule of press conferences will be posted on the SDC2019 website and a final schedule will be posted at Registration for SDC2019. Exhibitors also may schedule invitation-only press events at their booths, although we encourage use of official NBAA Press facilities whenever possible to avoid conflicting events. Please alert NBAA as to where and when your press conferences will be held so that we can provide proper notice to members of the press and attendees.
Note: Only exhibitors at SDC2019 may hold press briefings at the conference.
